New Acoustic Music Shows for Ryedale!

“Ryedale Live!” a new series of bi-monthly acoustic concerts featuring the best of local talent performing alongside an impressive line-up of musicians from further afield has been launched.

The shows will move around different venues throughout Ryedale, with the first one appropriately kicking off at Britain’s tiniest major music venue;

“Ryedale Live!” is the brain-child of Malton based businessman, musician and singer Rob Davies whose involvement in acoustic music nights in Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley for the past few years, with much help and encouragement from friends, helped spawned the idea. “I felt the time was right to give local musicians the opportunity to play alongside more established performers from around the country, in an intimate environment where the audience simply come to enjoy listening to good live music. Hopefully, by moving the shows around different venues in Ryedale we will also “spread the word” by bringing live music to new audiences!”
